Private pilots are open, with limited places. How a pilot works

An example capability

Knowledge

Answer from your own documents: policies, product guides and FAQs.

Point Fumu at your documents and its agents can find the passage that answers a question, then cite it. It only reads them, and stays up to date as they change.

What it does

  • Finds passages by meaning and by exact words, such as a product code.
  • Gives other capabilities what they need to cite, such as Support's answers.
  • Mirrors your documents as they change, and drops the ones you remove.
  • Keeps working on exact words when the search by meaning is unavailable.

An example run

You ask: “What is our returns policy for opened items?”

  1. Searches your documents for the policy.
  2. Reads the passages it found.
  3. Answers, and shows which document it came from.

Customer chat

A chat on your website that answers customers and takes orders.

Default: Orders above your limit wait for your yes; you hear about every order it places.

Your own systems

Your shop, CRM or booking system through its API, or your database, read-only.

Default: You decide per action: on its own, within a limit, or always asks.
