Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It is published by Subera OÜ ("we", "us"), based inTallinn, Estonia. It covers the website only. Use of Fumu itself is covered by its own privacy terms.

What we collect

• Showcase requests: your name, email address, optional company or role, what you would use Fumu for, your preferred interface and any notes you add.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, the topic and your message.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps short-lived logs of requests (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the site secure and working.

What we do not collect

This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. The fonts are served from this site, so your browser makes no requests to third parties when you visit.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a showcase and follow up on that conversation. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our product.

Who receives it

Form submissions are sent from your browser to a form service that delivers them to us, so that provider processes them on our behalf. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the data protection authority where you live.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
