Private pilots are open, with limited places. How a pilot works

An example capability

Files

Keep a task's files in your own storage, with a private link or a public address.

Reports, images and builds need somewhere to live. Fumu keeps them in your own S3-compatible storage, private with a link that expires unless you agree to make one public.

What it does

  • Stores text, files from a workspace, and screenshots from the same task.
  • Gives you a private link that expires.
  • Publishes a file at a permanent public address when you approve it.
  • Keeps a record of each file it has stored.

An example run

You ask: “Save these screenshots and send me a link.”

  1. Asks you once before this task's first upload.
  2. Uploads the screenshots as private files.
  3. Sends you a link that expires.

Customer chat

A chat on your website that answers customers and takes orders.

Default: Orders above your limit wait for your yes; you hear about every order it places.

Your own systems

Your shop, CRM or booking system through its API, or your database, read-only.

Default: You decide per action: on its own, within a limit, or always asks.
