The Inbox agent works from a mailbox you connect. It drafts replies and follow-ups with the context of who the customer is and what was said before, and sends nothing until you have seen it.
What it does
- Drafts replies with the customer's history and your earlier answers to hand.
- Writes onboarding and follow-up emails, and reminds you when one is due.
- Remembers your contacts and past conversations.
- Learns which kinds of email you approve unchanged, and suggests rules for them.
An example run
You ask: “Follow up with everyone who started a trial last week and has not logged in.”
- Finds the matching contacts.
- Drafts a short, personal follow-up for each one.
- Sends you the drafts as one approval card.
- Sends the ones you approve, and keeps a record of each.
